Final Sale item: can not be returned or exchanged.

Each piece is crafted with meticulous care through bespoke, hand-painted production at the historic atelier in Gien, France.

Lead times typically range between 3-7 weeks for all patterns—depending on order size, pattern complexity, and current production schedule.

There are two exceptions: Filet is currently 16–20 weeks, and the Prestige collection is 12-16 weeks.

Once production is complete, orders will be securely packaged and shipped with tracked delivery.
