The walnut wood frame carries saddle leather inserts with a tactile depth that resists the eye's tendency to move quickly past a frame. Then the golden tacks: placed with a rhythm that is decorative but not decorative excess, they trace the geometry of the frame while catching light at angles that shift with the day.
