Each piece is crafted with meticulous care through bespoke, hand-painted production at the historic atelier in Gien, France.

Lead times typically range between 2–6 weeks for all patterns—depending on order size, pattern complexity, and current production schedule.

There are two exceptions: Filet is currently 16–20 weeks, and the Prestige collection is 12-16 weeks.

Once production is complete, orders will be securely packaged and shipped with tracked delivery.
