Items in stock with no personalization are shiped immediately via express delivery from the brands themselves.

Please note, completion times for personalized items vary by brand and are detailed on each product page. Kindly be aware that these estimates are approximate and may slightly vary.

Shipping restrictions

Some items can not be shipped to certain areas. If so you will be informed additionally.

Taxes and Duties

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union and to United Kingdom.

Orders to countries outside the specified regions will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Customers will be billed for the items and shipping costs only. Any applicable import duties or taxes will be invoiced directly by DHL or an import broker appointed by the customer. We advise checking with your local customs authority to ascertain the landed cost price before completing your purchase, as certain countries have thresholds exempt from import taxes or duty fees.

Returns

Please be aware that all personalized and made-to-order items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer exchanges.

To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@2jour-concierge.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information: 1) Your order number; 2) The product(s) you wish to return; 3) The reason for the return
  2. We will promptly respond with the necessary return address(es).
  3. Ensure your order is securely packaged and send it back. Please use a tracked service for the return shipment to guarantee the safe and secure delivery of your items. Kindly retain your proof of postage.
  4. Upon the safe receipt of your order and confirmation from the brand, we will initiate your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipment costs.

Items returned after the specified period, in damaged condition, or without proper documentation will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
